A new contributor and our French village

One of the joys of spending time in our apartment in France has been the warm welcome we have received from our neighbours and the delightful and interesting friends we have made over the last five years.

We have also made some animal friends on our many walks in the french countryside.

Our feral friends. They live quite near our apartment and we feed them left overs.  The village of Grimaud is so full of cats that its nickname is “Grimeoow.”

The scarf I am wearing is from Zara last year, it is a bit pot luck with Zara you just have to pop and see what they have got as they sell out really quickly.  My jeans are my usual NYDJ straight leg and trainers by New Balance.

I have sourced some similar below both for my US and UK readers.

Hi Christina Glad you enjoy the blog. The navy wrap coat is from DKYN, I bought it about 10 years ago and have found it extremely useful. The style is very “on trend” this season and I have tried to find some similar styles which you can find at the bottom of my post “A beautiful French Chateau hotel”. It looks beautiful there, and it must be great to have such an interesting neighbour. Love the scarf, the wrap cape looks great too x
