How to adopt new Spring colours into your wardrobe

How to adopt new Spring colours into your wardrobe. After last week’s ferocious storms and the upheaval of moving house, I needed something to remind me that Spring is just around the corner. So I went surfing and explored the new exciting vibrant colours that are starting to arrive in the shops. Some of my favourites are prominent this season such as the strong and pastel pinks, a variety of shades of blue and green plus sunshine yellow and delicate violet.

So many shades of green to choose from. I have not worn green for quite some time. The green cotton dress above looks very tempting.

I like the Spring colours and will be using garments in cobalt blue and jade green.

Thank you all for your comments and well wishes for our move. I am surrounded by packing boxes so will probably not have time to reply to all of you.

So pretty thank you Josephine. I just bought a lovely green oversized shirt from Zara and they have good pink ones too! Hope your new home is glorious!

The items you show are pretty and feminine with a classic vibe. Perfect! I will love wearing my (Summer) blues, pinks and lavenders, and the coolest and palest greens. And LOTS of Florals. And Lace and Eyelet. And Delicate, Floaty Blouses. And Ruffles. For now, I’m still enjoying my winter clothes here in NJ.

These colours are pretty-but none that I wear. I have reddish/brown hair, brown eyes and pale complexion. Can you recommmend some colours for me? Thank you and let us know how your house move went.

Thank you! I just ordered the pretty cross-body phone bag from Boden and received a discount and free shipping. Phone bags are what I seem to use every day and this one is so springlike!

It’s great to see some bright colours appearing. I’ve been trying to track down a few summer dresses which are a bright colour and have little less fabric than a marquee The bright citrus yellow is the only one of the Pantone palette that I’m likely to wear but I like seeing the rest of the colours on other people.

      Hello Mary
If you mean the photo in the sidebar the lipstick is almost certainly Nine Lives No.420 by MAC. Hope that helps
