Our Internet has been down for the last few days courtesy of Orange and FranceTelecom, so have not been able to blog. However now up and running so am back on track. visited a charming little village in the hills yesterday. It is the centre of the chestnut growing industry and the main area for making the most delicious Maron Glace. After a really authentic French 4 course lunch, which only cost 20 euros, prertty good value for around here, we finished off with a delicious marron glace icecream. Definitely not too good for the waistline.

| Elegant silver hair |
I thought this woman looked really elegant. I loved the colour of her hair and it was so simply and elegantly styled.Have some more pictures to come of the silver hair look as there is a women in our village who has the most superb silver locks. Watch this space. Would love to know your views on silver hair?

| Just loved the blue shutters |
You have to have “absolut silver” for this to work. And notice she is tan, the contrast looks superb, even if you’re not supposed to do it. Silver with rose-petal skin looks lovely too, but standard issue grey with any drabness or yellow is just dreadful. One of my friends went from just standard grey to platinum blonde (did it herself) and looks stunning- evening our the tone really helped.
