As I have said before we like to take a leisurely drive back from France spending the night at a newly found treasure. Once again we were not disappointed with our stop over at the Chateau L’Etoges in the very heart of the Champagne growing area. It is a fascinating area if you ever get the opportunity it is well worth a visit.

To keep extra warm I took to the art of layering with a padded gilet from Uniglo worn over a coat.
The fur collar I am wearing below was a very generous present from one of our friends in France. It adds a touch of elegance to most outfits from dresses to sweaters to coats.
