WoolOvers knitwear giveaway

WoolOvers knitwear giveaway Don’t miss this chance to win a WoolOvers knit from their New arrivals collection. Details of how to enter at bottom of post. I discovered WoolOvers a couple of years ago. I find their knitwear very good quality and their prices are competitive. I can testify that they wash well and after two years wear are still in good condition. You can see the two sweaters I chose last year. My beautiful deep fuchsia cashmere cowl neck. It cheers me up every time I wear it on a dull cold winters day. This lovely pale pink cotton V neck sweater is another wardrobe staple and served me well last summer. WoolOvers knitwear giveaway The new addition to my WoolOvers collection is this lovely chunky grey lambswool cover-up. It is really cosy. WoolOvers are all about superb, all-natural yarns. I have teamed it with my WinserLondon leggings and My new over the knee boots are from MarksandSpencer (US link). WoolOvers knitwear giveaway I was thrilled therefore when WoolOver’s PR contacted me and suggested we collaborate on this generous giveaway. They are offering my readers the chance of winning one of their natural fibre knits from their NEW ARRIVALS COLLECTION. There are plenty to choose from including sweaters, cardigans and ponchos. Any of their cosy knits would be a great addition to your winter wardrobe. WoolOvers knitwear giveaway If it is really cold you can wear two sweaters together and then you will not really need a jacket or coat. They are so warm and cosy. WoolOvers knitwear giveaway My second choice from their new collection is this cashmere and merino hanky hem jumper. I love the way it fits snuggly on the shoulders and then gently flares out cleverly hiding any”midriff bulge”. I wear all natural fibers…wool and cotton being the top two. Synthetic is always itchy, does not wash or wear well whereas natural lasts for years! Loving that lambswool grey coverup. Off now to look at their site! Thanks.

For me wearing natural fibre garments is a ‘no-brainer’ Principally because they are so comfortably toasty when it’s cold and cool to wear when it’s warm in all environments. Have checked out Woolovers…so reasonably priced, impressive and stylish designs.

Natural fibers, e.g., linen, silk, cotton, wool….are sooo much nicer than synthetic fibers which stick to you when you’re hot…and some synthetic fibers actually are smelly! And, natural fibers dye so much nicer! Love them…give me wool and cotton and linen any time! Nothing like wool to keep you warm in the winter!

Wearing a natural fiber sweater keeps me warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I honestly wear wool all winter and hate to take it off at the end of the day as I am so comfortably warm. Also, wool always looks good and doesn’t stretch out of shape. Yes, I love wool!

I love natural fibres because they don’t release plastic bits into the water/sea for our fishes to pick up in the food chain.

  46. Tanya
    18th October 2017 / 18:32

I only wear natural fibres these days as they are so comfy, can´t stand synthetics at all any more. Nothing is worse than an acrylic jumper on a menopausal woman, makes you sweat like mad! Very uncomfortable. Cashmere and merino wool are my favorites when it comes to wool, otherwise silk, cotton and linen in warmer climates.

  47. Fiona
    18th October 2017 / 22:12

  70. Rita

Natural fibres are comfortable, durable, and beautiful. But, I’m disappointed in the limited selection of vibrant fall colors: gold, tobacco, brown, burgundy and forest green.

  71. KEB
    24th October 2017 / 15:54

I love the hand feel of cashmere and merino wool, the lovely warmth for the relatively light weight, and – especially for a good merino – the flattering drape.
