Have just spent the last few day staying with a friend in Bedfordshire just relaxing chilling out and catching up while our husbands went fishing. Below are pictures of her Japanese style garden where believe it or not we managed to eat breakfast outside in the sunshine, just before the torrential rain started. It is quite small yet beautifully designed and very Zen like. It is amazing how your surroundings can have such a profound effect on the psyche.
